Welcome to Marine Park Soccer / American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) Region 266 Brooklyn. We are a 100% volunteer run organization that provides a quality 11 week soccer program for children between the ages of 4 - 18 in Marine Park starting in September. We also provide a Very Important Player (VIP) program for people with physical, and/or mental challenges from age 4 with no upper age limit.

Refunds
Full refunds are granted to players before uniforms are issued. After uniforms are issued, no refunds will be given. Refunds are issued in January of the following year. To request a refund, send a self addressed stamped envelope to:

Our Philosophy
The goal of AYSO Region 266 and the AYSO organization is to encourage the growth of soccer and promote positive child development in a safe, fair and fun environment. Although everyone engaged in sporting competition should have a desire to win, this desire should not be pursued to the exclusion of good sportsmanship, fair play, and participation.
AYSO is a parent-based volunteer organization providing a soccer program for all children regardless of experience or skill level. Registration of your child in our program implies responsibility to the team, the league, and adherence to the five principles of AYSO:

Where & When Do We Play?
We play in Marine Park, which is located at Avenue S. and East 33nd Street in Brooklyn New York. Our season runs BOTH Saturday's and Sunday's (U5 and U6 play on Saturdays only) from September 12th til November 21st. Games are scheduled from 8:30a til 11:45a based on the number of teams in a division. Practices are scheduled a half hour before each game (eg. if game starts at 9am, practice is at 8:30 am).
U5 Jamboree
At Marine Park Soccer our 4 year olds in the U5 division participate in a soccer jamboree which meets on Saturdays only at 10:30a. Each player is assigned a coach and a field for a 20 minute practice drill that will develop their spirit, skills, and understanding of the game of soccer, followed by a 20 minute soccer game.
We've developed the jamboree as opposed to individual "season long" teams because we've found that these teams are always subject to player erosion over the course of the season. With the jamboree it doesnt matter if 6 or 60 players show up because each player that shows up ...plays. In addition, each player receives the love and encouragement from the parents of the whole division, and not just from thoughs who would have been on their team. More permanent teams begin in the U6 division.
